Welcome to Professional Amateur Club. This website is operated on the Shopify platform and managed by us - a tennis accessories brand for those who take the game seriously, but not themselves. By using our site or placing an order, you’re agreeing to the following terms. They’re here to keep things clear, fair, and functioning.

3. Product Info & Availability

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and up to date. Slight variations may occur - especially in colour, due to screen differences.

All items are subject to availability. If something you’ve ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we’ll contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at checkout through Shopify’s secure payment system. We accept most major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options shown at checkout.

We never see or store your full payment information.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the UK. We aim to dispatch within 1-3 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Once an order is shipped, we’re not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Please check your delivery details carefully - we can’t replace or refund orders lost due to errors in the address you provide.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

All content on this site - including the name Professional Amateur Club, product designs, imagery, and written content - belongs to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Please don’t use anything without written permission.

8. Privacy & Data
